so the signs say at road construction everywhere. for the most part, give who a brake? rarely do i see anyone working...........just orange barrels and signs warning me of double fines. well why not give these contractors double fines for not moving the barrels out of the way when nothing is going on? heck, give me a break

excess oil consumption

seems we are being bombarded with rhetoric from our politicians about how we've had it too good for too long, too much of just about everything and we need to wake up to reality. i find i have to agree with them, and to start with i'd eliminate most of our politicians! do we really need all these jerks telling us what to do? and support them, sometimes for the rest of their lives, with salaries, pensions and medical benefits that the majority of the general public will never enjoy? i'd start with eliminating all but 2 representatives for each state, just like the senators. now nothing would change, each party blaming the other for our problems, and their egos would still be intact. but it would save a bunch of their never ending baloney, and our taxpayer dollars.

now i like women, but give me a break. why do radio stations always hire lady dj's that ramble on and on and on about their pathetic life, their god awful teenage daughters, and how men don't treat them like a goddess? (apparently they all see catherine zeta-jones when looking in the mirror.) and is there one out there that doesn't sound like jessica walters screaming in Play Misty For Me? just play the music please
